Faulty items:

Although we make every effort to ensure items reach you in perfect condition, there may still be occasions where something went wrong. Should that happen, and an item be received in a damaged or faulty condition, we will make every effort to replace the defective item at our own cost. In the initial instance, you should get in contact using our online contact form.

In accordance with UK law, you have 30 days to report the faulty item, after which we reserve the right to refuse any request for replacement or refund.


Unrequired items/refunds (excluding jewellery):

If you have placed an order with us, and decide that you no longer wish to purchase that item, you have up to 14 days, after delivery, to notify us of any cancellation/refund request. You should notify us, in the first instance, using the online contact form on this website. Any shipped items must then be returned to Tigglefish.Store within the following 14 days - with return postage and packaging paid for at the customers' expense. 

We do not charge a restocking fee for any unrequired item at Tigglefish.Store, however we do reserve the right to charge a fee (of up to 25%) should any item be scuffed, pulled or show any signs of wear and tear from having been worn/used prior to requesting a refund. This fee will be reflective of the loss in value caused by any such damage. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the item/s being received by Tigglefish.Store. We reserve the right to charge for any items damaged as a result of neglect or poor return packaging.

Any items produced with printed personalisation are not subject to the Cooling Off period.


Exchanges (excluding jewellery):

If you have purchased one of our products and you wish to exchange it for a different size (perhaps the garment is just a little too tight), then we will replace the item with the required variant, as soon as we receive the original back. The item must be sent back within 14 days of the original delivery date, with packaging and postage paid by the customer. 

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different illustrative design, then please follow our above process for unrequired items, as we will not issue garments featuring alternative designs under our exchange policy.

Jewellery:

Our jewellery products are made to order just for you! We therefore do not offer refunds on personalised items. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our support team who'll be happy to assist you!   


Shipping costs:

Tigglefish.Store sells premium clothing items (printed t-shirts and hoodies) in both the US and UK markets. For both markets, postage and packaging is free, and the price displayed on each product is the final price you will be required to pay.

As we expand into further product lines and regional markets, we reserve the right to amend our shipping conditions to reflect any potential additional premium imposed by the postal services. If you reside outside of either the US or UK market and wish to purchase one of our products, please get in touch and we will calculate whether an additional fee applies for shipping.


GDPR:

We follow all laws regarding the acquisition and retention or personal data, and treat it with the strictest confidence and care. Your data will not be sold or transferred to any other group or organisation except in circumstances where print providers and/or postal services need such information to carry out the successful processing and delivery of your order. We take our responsibility for handling your data in a safe and professional manner very seriously.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone being rude, offensive, or intentionally acting in a disruptive manner.
